Adidas Shoe Size Chart, Fitting and Tips

Adidas shoes are common to all types of shoe wearers. These can be athletes, office people, industrial workers, children and so on. However, the main concern to most shoe wearers is whether the shoes fit them. Will the shoes be a little bit larger or smaller, or will they fit them perfectly? The primary cause of their concern stems from the fact that most people are unable to select the right type of shoe size when they are shopping online.

Metrics confusion

This is because some shops or retailers usually provide the sizes in metrics that are used in different countries from that of the shopper. These sizes are usually standardized in European countries, the US and the UK, and are given in centimeters, inches or other measures depending on the country of origin. This raises concerns to many online shoppers because they are afraid that the shoes might not be their correct fit. The main reason being that some brands will usually sell shoes that might be narrow or short or even long or wide, and not a perfect fit to the customer.

Fitting

According to customer reviews, Adidas shoes have a rating of over 80% when it comes to the shoes fit ability. Many customers who have wide feet have been having problems with getting shoes that fit them. However, Adidas have anticipated this problem and have created shoe allowances, especially for the broad feet customers.

The allowance made is created in such a manner that it will afford comfortability to the wearer. So for example, if you are a size 9, it will probably do you no harm if you wear a size 9.5. However, some customers will argue that Adidas shoes are right to their sizes but counter that it depends on the type of feet that the wearer has. Many would recommend one to a half size bigger shoe if your feet are a bit wider. They also think that if your feet are a bit leaner, the best thing to do is to buy your regular size. All these arguments are valid because Adidas will always give allowances on broader feet and give the right size on leaner feet because putting an allowance here will make the shoe a little bit bigger to the lean feet wearer.
